The sub-division is located in the heart of Kissimmee, close to everywhere. The sub-division is just 1.3 miles to the nearest Disney property and is just about the closest that you can get to Disney without staying in Disney accommodation.

Crestwynd Bay is a brand new sub-division of luxurious townhouses. The home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms, a large dining area, and 2.5 bathrooms. Located in the city of Kissimmee and within minutes of Orlando's major attractions. It offers residents an array of recreational activities, shopping, dining and an easy commute to Orlando and Lakeland. There is a large community pool, amenities include a heated pool, cabana, picnic areas, walking trails and a children's playground. A tennis court will be added to the community soon.
