One of the 28 community college's in Florida, Valencia Community College's East Campus is just outside the city limits, and the campus proudly serves approximately 15,000 students annually. East Campus, known for its friendly and caring faculty and staff, has received recognition in several academic areas. No matter what you're interested in, they have a program for you. The A.A. degree parallels the first two years of a four-year bachelor's degree. In Florida, graduates with an A.A. degree are also guaranteed acceptance as juniors into the state university system. Valencia offers more than 91 A.S., A.A.S. and certificate programs, which lead to immediate entry into the workforce.
