If this sounds appealing to you then you simply mist visit the Albin Polasek Museum and Sculpture Gardens, and absorb the simple, yet intricate aesthetic that is Czech Sculptor Albin Polasek's work, while walking around his old home-turned-museum. Run by the Albin Polasek Foundation, the museum and gardens displays a wide variety of Polasek's work, as well as that of other artists.
The Albin Polasek Museum features three galleries with sculptures and paintings of Polasek, as well as numerous antiquities from his collections. The grounds include a three acre sculpture garden on Lake Osceola and an intimate chapel open for viewing. Enjoy the beauty and the style that led to Polasek's recognition as an artist and spend some time unwinding and relaxing in his gardens.
Gallery and Garden Hours:
Open September 1 - June 30.
Tuesday - Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm.
Sunday 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
